When we receive as assignment for a new information system, we try and find an existing offering that meets the client requirements. If there is a better that 80% match found, we then look to arrange and manage the modification of any such system on behalf of the client.
Where there is less than 80% match on the open market, we then put together a development team with the right skills to produce the requirements of the assignment.
