PhotoLedger is a Microsoft Office compatible application designed specifically to manage photographic libraries from a financial perspective. The system addresses the problems of matching commission payments due to photographers with the receipt of funds from clients following use of a photographer's copyright material. In addition, PhotoLedger generates invoices and delivery notes as well as keeping track of those images that have not been paid for and/or returned to the library.

By integrating the operation of the sales and purchase ledgers of the accounting system, it is possible to reduce the pressure on overdrafts or additional working capital.
